Craft:

I used the pen tool as well as the paintbrush tool to sketch the first thing I saw when looking at the teapot. I used a regular brush stroke (pen) so that I can have a rough sketch outlining the pot using small curved lines.

The black and white version is the most basic. Small brush strokes made the outline with no filing.

The last teapot was mostly using large brush strokes so that the teapot can look filled and more with a definite less broken shape.

When drawking the speaker above I used 3 rules:

1) same color scheme

2) same angle

3) same outline stroke

The difference in the drawing is the filling styles. For the first one, I used a thin angled brush to fill in around the lines to give a sketchy look. I wanted open spaces so I kept the areas left blank as smaller unfilled triangles. The second picture is very similar to the first, except it gives more defined shape to the white areas and seems more blocky. Picture 1 and picture 2 give the look of being incomplete. The last drawing is completely filled. I did this one as an opposite of the first two: no white spaces and no shapes inside the shapes. Using the pen/brush tool and different brush types I was able to play with different sketch/fill types.
